No-show charge is the full amount of the appointment.

Late cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is subject to 50% of the full amount.

No-show or late cancellation fees are applicable, and strictly implemented regardless of individual circumstance, in order to reflect our respect for commitment of practitioners and patients. Proceeding with booking an appointment implies that you agree to this policy.

Dr. Kait Chang, ND is certified by North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners, and is licensed under College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta. Dr. Chang is a member of the Canadian Naturopathic Doctors Association, Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and a member of The Menopause Society.

Acupuncture service is provided by Dr. Kait Chang, ND and is billed as a naturopathic acupuncture visit. You must have had an initial assessment appointment before your first acupuncture session. Each acupuncture session is 75 minutes. Depending on your health presentation, cupping or moxibustion may be included.

Dr. Kait Chang is a naturopathic doctor and menopause wellness practitioner. She helps perimenopausal women cope with physical, mental, and emotional challenges arising from hormonal and neuronal changes, and prepares them for healthy aging in menopause.

Dr. Chang is passionate about anything menopause, and is supportive of decisions around prescription use of hormone replacement therapy, SNRIs SSRI, adrenergic agonist, and cannabis.

She uses conventional lab tests and functional tests to guide the use of natural therapies such as nutrient injections, clinical nutrition, and botanical medicine.
